Christian Schulze, Affiliate, awarded the IMA Lifetime Achievement Award

At the 2014 IMA Conference Christian Schulze. Affiliate, was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award for his lifelong contributions to the property assessment profession and his support of the Institute of Municipal Assessors.

September 2012

IMA's Insti-News was awarded the Zangerle Award at the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO) Annual conference on September 11, 2012 in Kansas City. The Zangerle Award is named in honor of the IAAO's third President, John A. Zangerle, and is presented to outstanding periodical publications of an assessor's association, an IAAO chapter, or other similar organization.

The 2011 Conference Christian Schultz was awarded the W.J. Lettner "Member of the Year Award" for his lifelong contributions to the property assessment profession and his support of the Institute of Municipal Assessors.

September 2009

The IMA is proud to announce that it was nominated for the IAAO Outstanding Chapter/Affiliate Award. This nomination recognizes the hard work and dedication that the IMA has contributed to the profession, and was awarded at the IAAO Awards Ceremony on September 16th, 2009 at the 75th IAAO Annual International Conference on Assessment and Administration in Louisville, Kentucky. The IMA is pleased to announce that out of 75 Chapters/Affiliates we placed in the top 5 finalists! The IMA is also proud to announce that this year we were invited to participate in an event called the Walk of Fame which invited Chapters and Affiliates to highlight their history and relationship with the IAAO through a personalized exhibit. The IMA is proud to announce that we came in 1st place.

June 2008

At the 2008 IMA Annual Conference, Carl Isenburg, MIMA and President of The Municipal Property Assessment Corporation (MPAC), presented Mario Vittiglio, MIMA - Executive Director of the IMA with an Award of Appreciation for the outstanding contributions made to education, excellence and professionalism by the IMA to the property assessment industry.

Seneca College Presented the Institute of Municipal Assessors with a Certificate of Appreciation in recognition of the IMA's continued support of the students and the RPA/FSU Award Luncheon.

April 2006

At the recent 2006 Seneca RPA Awards Luncheon, MPAC was given an award recognizing MPAC's continued support of the RPA program.

 

 


May 2005

During the 2005 Annual IMA Conference, the IMA was pleased to host the public presentation of the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO) 2004 Distinguished Assessment Jurisdiction Award to MPAC. This award is given to an assessment agency that has instituted within the last two years a technical, procedural or administrative program that is an improvement from prior programs and is generally recognized as a component of a model assessment system.
